Happy Halloween!

The kids had a nice Halloween this year. For Tyler it started on Friday with a party at his preschool and he was very excited for Monday to arrive.

My work organized a Halloween party for all employees' kids and we ended up with a nice bunch of very well behaved kids touring our building and getting candy from professors and staff. I brought Tyler and Isabella for it and they had a fun time. Isabella learned to say "trick or treat", well, kind of, and then always said "thank you" after getting the candy in the bag.

Then we got home, ate dinner, and the 4 of us went out for trick or treating with a neighbor and her sons. They had so much fun, the boys running up to the houses to get candy, and Isabella holding on to daddy's hand running right behing them, wanting to do the same they were doing and really getting into the whole candy thing!

We went by our wonderful neighbors on our street last, and visited a bit with some of them. Tyler was very excited about all the candy he got and also to be outside late (he kept saying how great it was to be outside when it's dark!)
